Resala Reads FZC LLC Return & Refund Policy

- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under these conditions:
- Requests have to be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Damaged/Defective Items: Books with printing errors, torn pages, or significant damage.
- Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable:
- Books damaged after delivery (e.g., water damage, writing, spine cracks).
- Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., wrong size/format selected).
- Digital products (e-books, audiobooks).
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personalized or custom items
- Opened journals, notebooks, or coloring books.
- Return Process
Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@resala.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue (damage/wrong item)
- Reason for return
Step 2: Our team will review your request and send Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 48 hours.
Step 3: Repackage the item securely with the RA number visible to the address provided. Do not ship without an RA number.
- Refunds
Refunds will be issued via original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for the items arrived damaged or defective. Please share clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- We only exchange items for the same title/edition if defective.
- For wrong items, we’ll ship the correct book at no cost once the return is received.
- Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to your error (e.g., wrong address, refusal to accept):
- We’ll deduct original + return shipping fees from your refund.
- You may pay to re-ship the order.
