Resala Reads FZC LLC Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Areas:

Primary: We currently ship throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

International: We do not currently offer international shipping. But keep a look out as we will soon start shipping internationally.

  1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding UAE public holidays) after payment verification and order confirmation.

  1. Delivery Times:

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (Within UAE):

We primarily use reputable local courier services such as Emirates Post, Aramex, Quickup. The specific carrier may vary based on location and service availability.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 1-2 business days.

Abu Dhabi: 2-3 business days.

Remote Areas: Delivery may take 3-5 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs within the UAE are:

Flat Rate: AED 15 per order.

Free Shipping: On all orders over AED 200.

Calculated at Checkout: Based on order weight, destination, and chosen service. Exact cost will be displayed before payment.

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online via the courier’s website.

  1. Delivery Address:

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate (including building name/number, apartment/villa number, street name, area, city). Resala Reads FZC LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  1. Delivery Issues:

Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery 1-2 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local depot. You will receive notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery (which may incur additional fees payable to the courier).

Delays: While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, public holidays, courier delays) may occur. Resala Reads FZC LLC cannot be held liable for delays beyond our direct control.

Lost Packages: If tracking indicates your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [Customer Service Email: support@resalareads.com]. We will investigate with the courier and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
